6/13 TDS Offers, 3 licenses for Mcafee??

How exactly does this new $89 and $129 TDS work with the 3 license when we are setting up a customers new PC? Im pretty sure that it works like the previous way in some aspects, but how do we give the customer the other 2 licenses on there other computers at home, and does this also included any tune-up services or optimizations like the normal service? Also does this service extend to the $69 as well?

Kyle please review the ad notes on the store portal. This does not include tune ups as the only thing that changes is the amount of licenses for the customer.
