credit for the ultimate optimization

noticed yesterday we don't get credit for the $15 data backup portion of the ultimate, we now only get credit for the 100.99 now. Is supposed to be like this?

Just looked at the Ad HOC for your locations and you get credit for the sku.

doesn't show up in the commission report and i wasn't prompted for an employee id at the register...we still get credit for it though?

Speaking to the merchant team they said you should be getting credited and you should be prompted for your associate ID. If this is not the case please e-mail the merchants:
