ZeroAccess Rootkit Empty ZeroAccess Rootkit

Does anyone have any suggestions on how get rid of ZeroAccess Rootkits with out having to do a ROP in which Support Soft reconmends to do. Trying to make ROP the last resort for customers. Thanks!

Kyle currently I am not aware of any fixes other then a ROP for this virus. I spoke to the FSM's today from Support and they did not have a fix.
