Have Been Trying to help customers using email such as aol,gmail,yahoo we are websensed out from certain places to providde full cusotmer service can we release the locks

If it does not work on the WIfi you are on switch to the other wifi. Each WIFI has certain credentials. If it does not work you should contact the help desk.

called help desk they cannot change the credentials for tdswifi for mail.aol.com and odwifi did not connect can we please add this website asap!

when you receive the error on the page you should fill out the area that says request access to the site. That is what is sent to IT to assist you. I will also e-mail IT.
