alot of old systems still coming in can we get some sort of system to backup ide hard drives when the pc does not go into windows just another way we can expand our services we use the blacx for sata is there a similar device for ide

Please speak to your fellow TSS and what they are currently using. if they have a device that you would be able to use you can have your manager order the device using their corp AMEX.
