no internet Empty no internet

On Sunday After a Premium service was preformed i had no internet connection it was isloated issue so i did a restore to the pc after doing basic diagnostics and support.com redid the service today i did an ultimate and had the same experiance no internet connecttion and yes tried wireless odwifi/tdswifi and wired has anyone else has this experiance i called support.com and they also suggested a restore and to redo the service. HELP!

This happened to me once last week. Try Uninstalling McAfee and then reconnecting to TDS, sometimes a copy may become corrupted durring installation and that will block the Internet.
