2 Premiums / 2 Ultilmates

Ok if we are ofering 3 user licence for mcafee on a premium/ultimtae and if the customer wants 2 pcs with 2 premiums/2 ultimates cant they just use one licence from the 1st premium/ulimate is there a workaround, how do i justify the 2nd service

Sure, you could do this. However, when you present it to the customer, let them know the value of what they're getting when they buy the "Ultimate Package".

PC Tune Up: $69.99
10gb Online Backup: $15.00 (rings up at 15.00 -- actually a higher value)
Recovery Disks: $39.99

So, they can spend $154.97 on separate services (minus McAfee) or they can just get the extra user licenses with the Ultimate Package.

Many customers want to believe they're getting a "good value". Remind them of the value they're getting with the price break-down and why it still makes sense to go with the Ultimate Protection.

Just to clarify they don’t get the 69.99 tune up anymore so its $85 which they would save $45 if they did it separately

They still get the initial PC Tune Up, just not the one 5 months down the line. That's why I included it in the price.
