Help clearing out the Hot List Empty Help clearing out the Hot List

I have a few In-Home services that are complete in my Hot List but are unable to close them out. I get no options when selecting status.They are complete with Nexicore. What is the next step in clearing them out? Web Ticket? Please let me know.

If the store does not have the option to close the orders out. Send the work order number to techdepotservice@officedepot.com and we will get IT to close it for you or place the order in a state that will allow the order to be closed.
