I have a customers computer here which i just completed a DNRP,after the service was complete there were still issues on the computer. So now im trying to reconnect the service back to support because IE is have errors (AS ALWAYS) in the TDS ORACLE and not allowing me to open up any W/O, and FireFox isnt able to get the certificate to get the login page for the ORACLE, any suggestions??? I have support on a call back, seeing if anyone knows before they call.

Possible Work-A -Round
Go to a working computer, connect to TDSWIFI and use https://odonline.officedepot.com - You will be forced to log in to the EXT or External portal, where you can open up the work order for the Problem Computer.
Hit the CONNECT link, but SAVE, do NOT RUN the Nexicore Client. Save this to the DESKTOP.
Take your handy-dandy Thumb Drive and copy the Nexicore Client to it, bring it to the Problem Computer and COPY it to the Desktop there. DO NOT RUN IT FROM the KEYDRIVE, because if your computer is infected, it MAY infect your Key Drive. Once Launched, it will open up the TOP BAR and the CHAT WINDOW.
Be careful ONLY to use the NEXICORE Client for the Work Order for the Exact Computer you want them to work on. The NEXICORE Client is passed some kind of Token, that includes the Work Order for the Computer to be repaired. Use the CLIENT you copied only on that Probelm Computer is it for.
Delete it from the Thumb Drive and for good measure, SCAN the thumb drive on a computer with a current Anti Virus program.

Never use a thumbdrive as it can pass the virus and make OD liable for what ever damage is caused.
