MSI Laptop A6500-010us sku 718467
We are experiencing issues with MSI sku 718467 connecting to our wifi-both tds and od. We have tried our display and 2 brand new in a box. It sees all of the current open wifi's and will connect to anything but our 2(tds and od). All connection settings are correct. We've called the helpdesk. They cleaned out our cache files, but still no luck. Also, searched on-line for issue, but no luck. It sounds like an Office Depot issue. Any help would be great.

Ditto, networks show up, but it will not connect to any of them. Says the router is bad. We did an exchange for one, and had the same problem. We will try to avoid selling this PC for awhile.

Seems to just be a store thing at the moment, havent sold any yet to see if a customer has that same issue at home. I dont know about others stores, if they have had any returned for that issue at their home.

Thank you for the update. I will let the PC merchant know. If you do hear anything about customers having the same issue please respond to the post.
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks,
Our customer brought theirs in because it was not working at home, and we could not connect in the store either.
