There has been some internet chatter about a cyber attack on mar29th ive been using to help upsell The diag/repair/protect service. Being able to speak to current events has helped build rapport and comfort with the customer and establish peace of mind in purchasing with office depot. Keep your eyes on the software aisle, there coming in and heading right for the anti virus attempting to remove it themselves. Rogue Anti virus titled "Win7/xp/vista Security essentials" mimicing microsoft products.

These are the more common viruses we get in the store, just like the security tool virus, and others alike, I usually reccommend to my customers to use an alternative browsers other than IE, namely Chrome, because it's not as vulnerable to auto install programs from javascript, and easier to catch fake scanners as the hackers are coding them for IE
