does anyone know if they can provide the service in spanish? i had a spanish spaeking only customer buy one and know one could help him out

They can but the availbility of spanish speaking service engineers are very slim. They would need to call and most likely set up a call back with the customer. Also the OS needs to be a Englished based OS in order for the service to be performed.
